THIS scene really should’ve stayed in the movie. It was fucking important, okay? Loki didn’t even think about taking the throne until he was reminded that he was actually supposed to do it.

#ok yes so hard #because loki didn’t want to be king; he wanted to be his equal #UNTIL odin (in the worst talk-down that ever existed) was all like ‘no’ #which made loki feel like ‘hey bro now that we all know what you are and see how you reacted because SOMEONE didn’t tell him the truth #that they didn’t want him anymore #and that he’s not really the son/brother he wanted to be #i mean that’s some harsh shit #you don’t just lay that down on someone who’s hanging off the edge of the planet ok #maybe pull them up first and THEN be like we love you but i’m disappointed #because at that moment loki thought they just didn’t want him anymore #which CLEARLY hardened him after he fell #and landed god knows where and then fostered some really destructive feelings #FUCKING ODIN MAN #i thought you were supposed to be wise dude

I know I reblog WAY too much Loki/Avengers/Hiddles stuff but I don’t care.
Either way, I completely agree with this>! I’ve been thinking the same, why cut it? Because we would sympathize too much with him?
